Cliff gingerly makes his way down the stairs at the beginning of the show, displaying his pregnant belly for the first time.

Cliff finds it very difficult to sit down on the couch with his large heavy belly throwing off his center of gravity.

Having just finished doing some housework, Cliff waddles to answer the front door. His wife springs to her feet to beat him to the punch.

Son in law Elvin is also affected by the spores and is pregnant.

Cliff and Elvin try to find someway to greet each other only to have their pregnant bellies get in the way.

Cliff's other son in law, Martin is also pregnant. Notice how quick the Navy was to create maternity uniforms for men.

Denise rubs Martin's pregnant belly to comfort him.

Sandra brags about the bun in the oven she implanted in Elvin.

Theo is the only unwed father to be in the group, pointing out just how important it is that men use protection now.

The pregnant men sit around and talk about how their pregnancies are going.

Cliff experiences some discomfort from a braxton-hicks contraction. This scene makes no sense in it's placement in the show. It was originally suppose to appear elsewhere, but when the final edits were being made, it was felt this scene was too funny and had to be left in, even if it didn't fit.

Now's the time pregnant men dance on Sprockets. This scene serves no purpose whatsoever except to get a cheap laugh at the visual of pregnant men trying to dance.

Theo complains about what it's like being pregnant when the mother wants nothing to do with the baby.

Elvin and Martin both get their first contraction within seconds of each other.

As the women go to get the car, Theo tries to inspire the men to not give in to the pain of the contractions.

With all four men now in labor, they are brought into the hospital and taken to the delivery room.

Martin breathes during his labor right before giving birth to a toy sailboat.

Cliff bears down as he gives birth to a 6-foot hoagie.

Elvin experiences a painful contraction. We never do find out what he gives birth to.

Theo eventually gives birth to a toy sports car.
